TERMS

TUMBLEWEEDTECH.com now offers monthly Support, Maintenance, and SEO contracts. Coverage's do vary dependent upon the use and purchase of website templates acquired from 3rd party providers. We do not offer any warranty other than that offered from the provider for any products purchased for the purpose of establishing a website solution. Support issues related to the functionality of template design is the responsibility of the provider, not our organization. We do not currently offer any Warranty or extended warranties and no warranty is implied for other provider’s products. We will represent our client’s best interests and contact the supplier if such a circumstance occurs, including applying any provided patch or update from providers within their individual coverage terms.

With any New Website Project, we typically provide a 30 to 60 day preview/edit time allotment depending upon the website size; this is for our clients review of the content provided to us and the functionality of the website prior to Go-Live. Client participation in the entire process is a necessary part of the build and an important aspect to obtaining a successful implementation. Tumbleweed Technology is not responsible for any edits required if problems are discovered after the time allocated for review. If any operational features or content issues are found after the fore mentioned time allocated by Tumbleweed Technology, the client remains responsible for all efforts and charges to address undiscovered issues!

RATES

For weekly business hours Monday – Friday, our rate is $65 per hour. Our billable hours are performed and invoiced in one half hour increments with a 1/2 hour minimum charge. Please note; Weekend and Holiday work requested is billed out at $75 per hour with a 1 hour minimum charge. We retain the right to change hourly rates without notice based upon complexity, level-of-effort, and customer adherence supplying images and content as required. We do offer discounted rates for new website projects, our US Veterans, 1st Responders, and Active Military!

LATE PAYMENTS

Invoices with a due date of Upon Receipt  are due within 15 days (maximum), to allow for mailing. Invoices that are received late are subject to a Late Fee! If payment is not received within 28 days from the date of the invoice, we reserve the right to restore any site edits to the prior version - prior to edits, until brought current (paid in full). Past 30-days late will result in assessing the late fee plus 10% of the principle amount past-due! Please note: If you contact us and make payment arrangements, we would appreciate that and we do allow a one-time removal of assessed penalties. If account is frequently late, all the above applies, up to canceling your account or maintenance agreement.

COOKIES

At times, we will use a feature on your web browser to send your computer a "cookie". We do not use cookies to retrieve any personal information from your computer. We only use cookies to learn ways to enhance our Sites, and to give you better, more personalized service while in our web site. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is sent. However, some functions of the Sites will not function if you refuse cookies. These areas of our web site will have information posted about cookies, and when a cookie will be uploaded to your computer.
